Volunteers Needed

The Longard Open is right around the corner, and we are looking for volunteers to assist with the set-up and take-down for the event as this is the biggest task to have the tournament up and running. The time that you put forward to assist with the tournament is vital to the success and presentation of the event, and the community will be greatly appreciative of your time and efforts!

Set up will begin at 9am on Friday morning, and take-down will begin immediately after the event, either on Saturday or Sunday depending on registration numbers.
