The Badminton Nova Scotia membership runs from September 1 to August 31 annually. Join the Badminton Nova Scotia Community!Community Membership – $10 per year
- Privileges include:
- Insurance and liability coverage while playing, practicing or training at BNS Member Clubs and BNS sanctioned events.
- Access to Officials Clinics and Training hosted by BNS
- Access to Coaching Clinics and Training hosted by BNS
- Participation in Community Events, Clinics and Camps
- All coaches – if already have a higher membership you do not require both.
- All officials – if already have a higher membership you do not require both.
- Players who play in a badminton program but do not compete in tournaments
Recreational Membership – $20 per year
- Privileges include:
- Insurance and liability coverage during play at BNS Member Clubs and BNS sanctioned events
- Participation in Community Events, Clinics and Camps
- Unlimited entry to Club Series Events
- Entry to play in one (1) Scotia Series Event
- Access to Officials Clinics and Training hosted by BNS
- Access to Coaching Clinics and Training hosted by BNS
- Nova Scotia players who play want to play in non-ranking tournaments or want to try one Scotia Series tournament.
Provincial Membership – $40 per year – Most Popular
- Privileges include:
- Insurance and liability coverage during play at BNS Member Clubs and BNS sanctioned events
- Participation in Community Events, Clinics and Camps
- Unlimited entry to Club Series Events
- Access to Officials Clinics and Training hosted by BNS
- Access to Coaching Clinics and Training hosted by BNS
- Unlimited entry to Scotia Series Events
- Unlimited entry to Atlantic Series Events
- Access to try out/participate in the Badminton Nova Scotia Provincial Team Program
- Players who play in ranking tournaments in Atlantic Canada – ie Scotia Series or Atlantic Series Tournaments.
National Membership – $60 per year
- Privileges include:
- All privileges of the Provincial Membership, and
- Entry into Badminton Canada Elite/National level tournaments.
- Players who play in ranking tournaments with Badminton Canada – ie Junior or Senior National Elite, Super Series or National Championships.
