BNS Rankings
Ranking points are the sum of a player’s/pair’s total points in any discipline (with the same partner, where applicable) over a 52-week period. Ranking is based on a players top 3 results.
Badminton Nova Scotia rankings will be updated and published within two weeks following each Nova Scotia badminton tournament.
Players/pairs are awarded ranking points based on where they finish in a draws
Doubles partners will earn points individually (not dependent on having the same partner), and can accumulate total points with different partners across tournaments.
Players will only earn points for the category (U13, U15, etc) that they compete in.
