Provincials and COVID Update

Members,

After careful consideration of the numbers, facilities, COVID-19 restrictions, geography of NS players and venues, the Competitions Committee has decided NOT to run Provincial Championships this year. We’d like to thank the committee for all the time and considerations spent to come to this decision. Additionally, as of tomorrow, new public health measures are being introduced to curb the spread of COVID-19 you can find the latest restrictions here: Nova Scotia Covid Restrictions. As a result of the restrictions, all sports and in the HRM area are cancelled for the next month, this includes badminton clubs. BNS wishes you all continued health going into the summer and hope that we will all be playing and competing together soon.
